Mr. Brijlesh K. Pandey completed his education under the Earn and Learn scheme and began his professional journey as a Graduate Trainee Engineer with a reputed organization. During his college years, he faced several challenges that shaped his work ethic and vision. Deeply inspired by the teachings of Swami Vivekananda, he developed a strong commitment toward self-reliance and nation-building.
With this vision, Goer Techno Infra Private Limited (GTIPL) was established in 2018, with the objective of creating sustainable employment opportunities, particularly for rural youth. The company was initially founded with a small team and limited resources, driven by strong values, dedication, and a focus on service excellence.
As GTIPL grew steadily, Mr. Pandey took the decisive step of transitioning fully into entrepreneurship. From a modest beginning with just a few employees, the organization has today expanded to a workforce of over 650 employees, operating across 22+ locations, and successfully serving 30+ satisfied clients across multiple sectors.
